OVAID has  strong connections and works closely with International Animal Rescue's Orangutan Rescue Centre in west Kalimantan, Borneo.

 

Nigel and Sara have spent several months at the centre volunteering their veterinary and nursing skills in 2014 / 2015 including helping to care for and initiate the rehabilitation process for baby orangutan Budi.
